Rapid Transit is more than just a transit project – it is a City and community shaping tool and potentially the largest capital project the City has ever constructed. The Rapid Transit Team is working diligently to make Light Rail Transit in Hamilton a reality. There is a solid commitment from the Senior Management Team and Council, in addition to significant support from the public and stakeholders to continue to move this initiative forward. The potential value in bringing the full B-L-A-S-T” system to life is unlimited.
